A sell-out crowd, with a hundred people turned away at the door, saw three hours of wall-to-wall, ceiling-to-floor action involving the best local wrestlers and a swathe of new names, such as ‘The Master of Chops’ Craneo Blanco, Tio Papi, Chico Cholo, Tad and Chad the crypto Douchelourdes, Abismo Verde, Manther, and a selection of otherworldly creatures that may or may not have existed solely in Eli Surge’s head.
